Catriona is a strategic communications and public affairs professional who helps clients navigate complex issues, build trust, and position their organisations for the future.

Her expertise spans government relations, corporate positioning, and issues management, with experience across a wide range of sectors, from hospitality to financial and professional services, to major infrastructure. She has supported clients such as Westpac, Resolution Life Australasia, and GrainCorp.

Catriona brings a calm, considered approach to complex and high stakes matters and quickly distils what matters most to her client and their stakeholders. She has a strong focus on social license and believes that clear, authentic engagement is key to building trust, particularly when working with local communities or navigating sensitive policy or regulatory environments.

Catriona has firsthand experience navigating government processes, gained through her previous position as a Policy Advisor to a NSW Government Minister.

She holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology and Marketing from the University of Sydney and is currently completing postgraduate studies in Advanced Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney.
